Usually, the ingredients of this dish are a combination of different spices, but on this one, we used curry powder. And it is still as great and appetizing!

You can serve it over cauliflower rice or eat it on its own. This meal takes approximately 20 minutes to make. So you wouldn’t wait that long before you get your hands on this delectable dish that’s bursting with flavors!

Ingredients:

100g Chicken breast, diced
10g minced Garlic
10g minced Shallots
5g minced Ginger
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
Fresh Cilantro for garnish


Procedure:

1. Melt butter in a pan.
2. Add ginger, garlic, and shallots. Sautee until aromatic.
